Rift Valley Fever Background Paper Assignment: Environmental Science

I. Information to be collected, organized, and summarized:

1. Opening paragraph describing the situation in general.

2. Describe the situation:

A. background information about Kenya (its people, the economy, the geography, the biomes)

B. background information about Rift Valley Fever (what it is, how it spreads, what a virus is)

3. Describe your understanding of why this is an environmental issue.

4. Conclusion paragraph.

II. A bibliography should be attached. Resources should be referenced throughout the body of the paper.
