This
is a radar image of a patch of desert in Namibia in southwest Africa.
The black stuff is wind-blown sand. You can see long, thin dunes curving
to the upper left. This is a "false color" image, which is why the color
are strange! The image shows an area about 16 by 22 miles in size. Can
